• WP7-501 Basement + Wall Waterproof - Polymer cement coating - Tec7

  A hard but elastic coating for wet cellar walls, cellar floors and others. Can be tiled, plastered and painted. After mixing with water, apply with a brush, with perfect grip on porous materials and rapid hardening. Resistant to salts and water pressure on a stable and receptive surface. Crack bypass capacity and resistant to permanent immersion. Prevention or sharp reduction of saline efflorescence, waterproof but permeable to steam.

  Application areas:

  • The solution for damp stains on cellar walls and floors, loose plaster due to moisture, salt efflorescence ("saltpeter"), mold on walls and ceilings, musty smell and crumbling wet walls.
  • Waterproof underlay for cellar and terrace floors, waterproof coating for wells, reservoirs, ponds.
  • Protective coating for concrete surfaces (EN 1504-2).
  • Sealing foundation walls.

  Technical features:

  • Base: polymers, cement.
  • Color: white.
  • Density (mix): 1.1.
  • Maturation time: 2 minutes.
  • Opening hours:
    • 10oC: 120 minutes
    • 15oC: 75 minutes.
    • 20oC: 45 minutes.
    • 25oC: 30 minutes.
  • Optimal layer thickness: 2 mm.
  • Maximum layer thickness: 5 mm.
  • Application temperature: 5 to 35 degrees Celsius.
  • Hardening (depending on temperature and R.H.):
    • Mechanical resistance: 3-7 days.
    • Water pressure resistance: 3 days.
    • Can be painted: after 7 to 14 days.
  • Traction resistance: 1.6 MPa.
  • Breakage: 30%.
  • Absorption of hair water: 0.02 kg/m2h.
    • Water pressure resistance (thickness 2 mm):
    • Negative:> 1 bar.
    • Positive:> 5 bar
  • Water vapour permeability: Sd 1.3 m.
  • Preservation: 12 months, kept cool and dry in its original packaging.
