Following these steps below will help you get the best and fastest return service to us.
- Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached. Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging.
- When returning clothing, where relevant, the original hygiene slips must be in place. Please state the size and colour you are looking for if you want an exchange.
- We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them as soon as we possibly can. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
- Put your unused item for return back in its original packaging
- Complete the Returns Form with all revelant information thats needed.
- Please state whether you are returning or exchanging your purchase and the reason why.
- Complete the DPD Parcel Wizard return.
- Drop to a local DPD couriers Pickup Point Sevice.
Faulty, Incorrectly supplied or damaged items.
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 0429351162 or sales@toolfix.ie quoting your original invoice number. Complete RETURNS FORM which must be filled in and enclosed with the returned goods.
Toolfix will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects, we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Toolfix handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the customer.
