Its large surface area ensures flatness can be maintained over bigger working areas. These 225mm discs are compatible with all hook and loop base random orbit sanders of the same size, and can also be used for rust removal, shaping, preparing woodwork, and metal finishing. Each disc also includes an anti-clogging open coat. This coat increases the spacing between the grit particles and acts to increase the speed of stock removal and lessen the risk of clogging. The self-sharpening grit maintains its exceptional cutting performance by continuously fracturing away the old surface to expose newer, sharper cutting faces. This abrasive lasts four times the working life of other equivalents, and is perfect for filler and paint removal.
