A high performance router/trimmer from Makita in their 40 Volt XGT range, giving excellent torque and allowing 1/4" and 3/8" shanked cutters to plough through tough materials like MDF. This version of the kit is supplied without batteries or charger, ideal for those who already own XGT batteries looking to expand their collection of tools. It comes with 4 bases to allow a range of different routing tasks. The bases included are the plunge base, trimmer base, offset base and tilt base. Compatible with the RT001G is the wireless tool connection chip available separately.
