We will endeavor to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please contact Toolfix on 0429351162 or email@example.com quoting your original invoice number. Toolfix will then e-mail you a RETURNS FORM and you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the completed RETURNS FORM. This will help speed up the whole process.

We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 0429351162 or firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your original invoice number. We will supply a RETURNS FORM which must be filled in and enclosed with the returned goods.
Toolfix will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Toolfix handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and any customs charges or duty must be paid by the the customer.
